PROMISE STUDIOS FREE ENGAGEMENT FILM GIVEAWAY

1. Promotion Period
The Promise Studios Free Engagement Film Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on Sept 28, 2026 at 8:00 A.M. HST and ends on January 1, 2027 at 8:00 A.M. HST.
All entries must be received by the stated deadline.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to Hawaiʻi residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally engaged or planning a wedding.
The couple must be planning to hold their wedding in Hawaiʻi and must have a wedding date that falls within Promise Studios' available booking period.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Promise Studios and its participating partners are not eligible to enter.
Promise Studios reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit:
promisestudioshi.com/free-giveaway
and complete the official entry form during the Promotion Period.
Only one entry per person/couple is permitted.
Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, automated, fraudulent, or submitted after the deadline may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) eligible winner will receive:
One Free Engagement Film Session from Promise Studios, valued at $750.
The prize includes:
- 1-2 hours of Engagement Coverage including filming vows, testimonial/interviews, talking directly to camera, B-roll
- 1 Location on O'ahu or any island in Hawai'i
- Up to 10 minute final edited engagement film
The prize does not include:
- Travel outside of Hawai'i
- Additional shooting hours
- Additional deliverables not specifically listed above
- Services requested outside the agreed scope
- Any other costs or services not expressly included in the prize
The prize has no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
The winner may not substitute the prize for another service unless Promise Studios agrees in writing.
6. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will take place on or about January 1st, 2027.
The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.
If the potential winner cannot be reached within 7 days, does not meet the eligibility requirements, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Promise Studios may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize Scheduling and Availability
The engagement session must be scheduled with Promise Studios based on mutual availability.
The prize must be redeemed by January 1, 2028.
The engagement session is subject to Promise Studios' availability and reasonable scheduling requirements.
If the winner's wedding date or location makes the engagement session impractical or unavailable within the redemption period, Promise Studios may offer an alternative date or location.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another couple.
8. Winner Verification
Before receiving the prize, the potential winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary to arrange the engagement session.
Promise Studios reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to manipulate, interfere with, or circumvent the entry process.
9. Content and Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Promise Studios may identify the winner by first name and/or couple name in connection with announcing the Giveaway winner.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Promise Studios and its owners, employees, contractors, and participating partners from claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or inability to use the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Promise Studios is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or technically corrupted entries; website interruptions; network failures; or unauthorized interference with the entry process.
11. Right to Modify or Cancel
Promise Studios reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
If the Giveaway is canceled or modified, Promise Studios will provide notice through the Giveaway website or another reasonable means.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
By entering, each participant releases Instagram/Meta from responsibility related to the Giveaway.
13. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled according to the Promise Studios Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
